(personal) Transport runes can be made and config'ed by players to record a place to return to fast, only players "hitched" animals (on leach) follow
player portal on paperdoll to major cities within region (player only) inventory included, caged animals included as well
Portals to major (permanent) regional cities and intercity portals between parmanent cities, -wheicles follow player
